Our clinicians draw on a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Schema-informed Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and mindfulness-based approaches. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, preferences and goals.
We provide services for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families and professionals, with clinicians offering different areas of interest and experience. This allows us to carefully match clients with a clinician whose approach and expertise best suits their needs.
Appointments are available face-to-face in Hobart, Launceston, Melbourne and our outreach locations, as well as via Telehealth for clients across Australia.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific mental health concern, looking for a psychological assessment, or simply want to better understand yourself and improve your wellbeing, our team is here to help.
perinatal mental health
Some define the perinatal period as covering pregnancy to baby’s first birthday. We’re a bit more inclusive. We can provide support from the moment you start thinking about having a baby. Because infertility, miscarriage, termination and stillbirth are still perinatal concerns. And of course, it can take years to fully recalibrate after giving birth.
Whether you're struggling to conceive, or grieving a miscarriage, trying to adjust to being a new parent, or worried about bonding, the road to parenthood is rarely as smooth as the movies would have us believe.
We have experienced perinatal clinicians on our team who would love nothing more than to help you ... and that includes you too, New Dad!

Our associate, Dr Hannah Dawson, is available for a range of forensic psychology assessments by arrangement. Please contact our office to discuss her availability in Launceston, Salamanca Place Hobart, or via telehealth.
Our director, Dr Tess Crawley, provides forensic consultation as a subject matter expert. This may be to advise lawyers on the psychological elements of a case or to support mental health professionals giving evidence in court. Please contact our office to discuss availability.
Both Tess and Hannah are AHPRA-endorsed forensic psychologists.
