Psychological Services
Sometimes the hardest thing you can do is ask for help. We understand how long you've wondered whether what you're experiencing is normal, whether you're overthinking it, or whether you're even just imagining it. We know how tempting it is to think everyone else is coping. But truly, if your instinct is trying to tell you that you could do with some help, we'd all encourage you to listen to that. Whether your problems are lifelong or just beginning, it's never too early or too late to let someone help you carry the load. It's what we're here for.
Outreach
In addition to our offices in Salamanca Place (Hobart) and Albert Park (Melbourne), we offer face-to-face sessions in Launceston, Bicheno, Swansea and Triabunna.
Telehealth Services
We have been providing telehealth services to clients across Australia since at least 2015, and find it a great way to connect. Telehealth is convenient, saving you time and petrol money, and is not restricted by geographical location. It is also the therapy mode of choice for a growing number of people. Telehealth services are available either online or by phone, whichever you feel most comfortable with. You are also welcome to use a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions, whatever makes therapy easier for you.
Who We Are
We are also a teaching clinic, hosting student placements for trainee psychologists and social workers, as well as internships for provisional psychologists working towards full registration.
Who Our Clients Are
Our clients are people like you who realised it was time for some help. Some are self-referred, others are referred by their GP. Some are self-funded NDIS clients, others are funded by third parties like MAIB, TAC, workers compensation insurers, or their employers.
You don't need a referral to make an appointment, so don't let that delay accessing the support you need - we will explain your options. You're welcome to simply complete the enquiry form below, and we'll handle the rest.
