Provisional Psychologist

Ella (she/her) is a provisional psychologist, with a Masters in Professional Psychology from Latrobe University.

Ella brings a warm and collaborative approach to therapy. She is particularly interested in the ways past experiences, relationships, and nervous system patterns shape how a person relates in the present.

Ella’s practice is informed by a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including; CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), and Compassion-Focused Therapy.

Ella works with adolescents and adults presenting with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Outside of the practice, Ella enjoys spending ample time outdoors with her dog Bruce, swimming in the ocean, reading, or working on several creative projects.

Ella is available for face-to-face sessions in Hobart, or via Telehealth Australia-wide.
