Ella Crane
Provisional Psychologist | Salamanca Place (Hobart) & Telehealth
Ella (she/her) is a Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University. She provides evidence-based therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
Ella brings a warm, compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. She works alongside clients to build insight, strengthen resilience and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change.
Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Ella values creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and empowered to work towards their goals.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Bruce, swimming in the ocean, reading, and working on creative projects.
