Heather Harding
Provisional Psychologist
Heather (She/Her) is a Provisional Psychologist with a Masters in Professional Psychology from Monash University.
Heather has experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and has previously worked supporting mental health reform and policy in government.
Heather likes working with adults with diverse presentations, particularly people experiencing stress, life changes, mood disorders and supporting women's mental health. Heather likes to take an empathetic and non-judgemental approach to provide a safe space for clients.
In her free time Heather loves spending time with her sausage dog and travelling & exploring new places.
Heather is based in Melbourne and has availability for face-to-face or telehealth appointments.
